Care & Cleaning Instructions

  • Wash all dust/dirt off frames with soap and water
  • Use a soft bristled brush to gently remove dirt that does not come off by spraying frames with water
  • DO NOT use any chemical products to remove dust/dirt unless confirmed by manufacturer that it is meant for outdoor furniture
  • Be sure to rinse away any remaining soap residue
  • Regular dish soap (ex. Dawn) will suffice
  • Acidic liquids such as bird droppings should be cleaned quickly to avoid leaving permanent stains
  • To extend the lifespan of the powder coated paint finish, Protégé recommends to use a Clear Coat Matte Finish spray. The spray must be evenly distributed ONE TIME per year (in the spring) and allowed to dry before being put outside.
  • All products can be left outdoors all year round, however, it is HIGHLY recommended that the products are covered when not being used and especially during the winter months. Excess sun exposure may cause fading.
