Warranty Procedure

  • Register for an account to claim a warranty.
  • After submitting a warranty claim, you will receive a ticket ID to your registered e-mail regarding your claim.
  • Remember to associate your ticket ID number with your product when you return it to the store.

IMPORTANT: After you have sent in a warranty request, remember your ticket ID number you received upon submission for all further inquiries. Customers must submit proof of purchase when submitting a claim. If there is no proof of purchase or item is not under warranty, customers will be notified of the price to repair via email provided and only once it is confirmed the item will be repaired. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you upload a photo along with your warranty claim.
